unsolicited marketing communications addressed to such alternate versions.

Check a box next to a GM business unit to indicate the business's preference NOT to receive unsolicited marketing communications via the U.S. Postal Service from that business unit. GM will retain U.S. mail opt-outs for three (3) years from the date of your most recent submission. After three (3) years your mail opt-out preference will expire, unless you make further opt-out submissions.

You may still receive marketing communications from GM while we are processing your request. You may continue to receive mail communications from GM that do not contain a marketing message. You may also receive marketing mail from business units you did not select, from GM affiliates, e.g., GMAC, from third parties such as GM dealers, or addressed to other individuals associated with a mailing address you submit.

Please review your information carefully before you submit it. While we strive to honor every mail opt out request it is possible that variations of your name and address information, e.g., nicknames or abbreviations, may impede our efforts.
